We offer two Local Delivery options to help serve you better:

(1) Local Delivery is pretty much just what it sounds like. We will hand-deliver your product to your doorstep, just like Fedex, UPS and other carriers.

(2) White Glove Delivery offers a more customized solution. We will provide you with a two-hour delivery window so we don’t interfere with your entire day. Two people wearing protective foot covering “booties” will deliver, un-box, un-bag and set up your products. This includes adjustable bases, bed frames and massage chairs. If any programming is necessary to enable use of your product, we will set this up for you and show you how to use it properly. When you choose our White Glove Delivery service we’ll also offer to haul-away your old mattress and box spring. We will remove from your property the same number of items that are delivered, as we allocate the same space inside the delivery truck. Bed frames or items with hard edges cannot be placed on our trucks, as these edges can damage other products waiting to be delivered.

We offer two Direct to YOU shipping options to help serve you better:

(1) Direct To Consumer shipping applies to non-local delivery & items not stocked in our local warehouses. Most Sleep First products ship across the continental USA. These items will be shipped directly to your doorstep by FedEx, UPS or similar express carrier. When your order is placed it will ship within 24-72 hours and should arrive to your home in 5-10 days. Many of these mattresses are what we call “bed in a box” which means they are compressed into a shippable box.

(2) White Glove National Delivery is used for purchases shipping outside of our local delivery zip codes. For those who want the full delivery & setup package, Sleep First offers this White Glove service across the 48 continental US states. Your delivery service provider will contact you 5-10 after your order is placed to schedule your service. We have contracts with nationwide companies who will show up within a two-hour delivery window with two people wearing protective foot covering “booties” who will deliver, un-box, un-bag and set up your products.
